“Our choice to use WorkKeys has changed our hiring approach forever. We are a tech company that relies on our employees strengths to use modern technologies along with intelligence and problem solving skills, so after sorting through the many resumes received during our last hiring process I had prematurely formulated my opinions on who would likely rise to be our top candidates for hiring based on experience and education.
