Customer Code of Conduct
Safety of our guests is our number one priority. To ensure a safe and professional environment, we ask our customers to follow the Code of Conduct:
Food and Beverage
Consumption of food and beverages is prohibited in our Resource Centers.
Noise & Disorderly Behavior
Disorderly behavior, excessive noise, or harassing customers or staff is prohibited.
We strive to maintain a safe, courteous, and respectful environment free from intimidation, threats, or violent acts. Communication or behavior that might be reasonably interpreted to be threatening, hostile, or offensive will not be tolerated.
Phone calls are permitted to prospective employers and job related services only. Each call should be no more than 10 minutes in length and in designated areas only. Calls or messages for customers will not be accepted. Cell phones are not allowed in Resource areas. We ask our customers to take phone calls in designated areas.
Computer use may be limited and is restricted to employment and job-search. All computer usage is subject to staff monitoring. There is a 2 hour time limit for usage. (Personal laptop usage is not allowed on our premises).
Equipment and Materials
Tampering with the computers, printers, or any other equipment is forbidden. Please ask for assistance if you are having trouble or need access to adaptive equipment or other accommodations.
Proper attire is required throughout the resource center. Business casual attire and shoes are expected in our offices. Personal hygiene cleanliness is expected. (Employers frequently visit the office, so dress for success)
The Resource Centers are intended to assist customers with employment, job-search, therefore it is not appropriate to bring children.
