The UI rate rose slightly from last month. October 2017 UI rate is 3.4% up from September 2017ai??i??s 3.0%. The UI rate in October of 2016 was 4.2% so we are still lower than compared to one year ago. It is the typical trend to see the UI rate go up a little over the winter months.
